From Meade To You

With a drawing talent and a little creativity behind her, Megan Meade transformed an adorable T-Rex doodle into the centerpiece of a brilliant brand. If you ask her “Why a T-Rex?” she will go on to tell you about her obsession with dinosaurs and how she wonders why she didn’t become a paleontologist. Megan’s inspirations behind From Meade To You are her grandmother and late great-grandfather, whom both have an artistic background and have always been two of her biggest supporters.

For Valentine’s Day 2013, Megan came up with a design called ‘Let’s Talk About T-Rex, Baby’ to put on hand made cards for her friends. After positive feedback from those who received her handmade cards, Megan began doodling more dino guys, and two years later From Meade To You was born.

“’From Meade To You’ is all about creating simple little things that make you and the people you choose to spend your life with, happy. It’s all about simple little things that are made with love, from me to you.”

Well, if that isn’t the most adorable thing on the planet, we don’t know what is.

From Meade To You is a Michigan based Etsy shop that creates and sells greeting cards and coffee mugs ranging in several different styles. Those who have heard of FMTY have probably seen at least one of her compelling dinosaur designs. You may not know that each and every greeting card is printed by the owner/designer herself on a 100% recycled material. Using a sublimation printing process, an FMTY mug looks brand spanking new, even when it has been washed 100 times. We can totally vouch for this, as you will see our own Conway sipping coffee (or whiskey) from his favorite FMTY mug.

If for some crazy reason you aren’t into dinosaurs, but you dig FMTY’s work, she also has a cool Harry Potter line and also does custom orders! BOOM, so there’s really no reason to not shop her Etsy store.

For your holiday package to arrive before 12/25, please place your order before December 16th.
